Terms / Payments |

| Payment is due a week to ten days prior to delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made. If an event is booked within two weeks of date, order shall be paid in full at the time of confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards for your convenience. There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Prices subject to change without notice. |

Reservations |
 |
| We encourage you to reserve your rental equipment well in advance, especially during the busy summer and holiday seasons. This will ensure availability and allow ample time to prepare your order. All changes must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Customer is subject to full rental charges if changes are made after the deadline.

Rentals |
 |
| All charges are for time out, whether used or not. So, please choose dates and times carefully. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for Long Term Rental Rates. Lessor releases Allie’s, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability.

Insurance |
 |
| Many companies save money by not having the proper insurance for your rentals. We carry the three necessary policies: Liability, Workers Compensation and Commercial Truck Insurance. If you hire a company that lacks any of these three coverage’s, you may be putting yourself at risk. Before renting from anyone else, be sure to ask them for thier cirtificates to prove that they have the above mentioned policies.

Loss or Damage |
 |
| Responsibility for the rented equipment remains with the lessor from the time of receiving equipment until time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft when not in use, and protected from weather. We charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.

Accidental Damage Protection |
 |
| An additional fee of 7% will be applied to each rental contract to protect the lessor for damages and common wear and tear incurred during normal rental conditions. This fee and its term of limits are further explained on the back of each rental contract. This fee does not cover lost items, damage due to gross negligence or non-included cleaning charges. |

Delivery |
 |
| Delivery Service is available for an additional charge depending on where the delivery is to be made. Extra charges may be assessed due to high-rise buildings or other labor intensive deliveries.

Set up & Take Down |
 |
| Table, chair, and equipment set-up and take- down is not included with the delivery charges. If you wish, we will be happy to set-up and/or take-down your equipment at an additional charge.

Pick Up |
 |
| Items ready for pick-up should be sorted and available to our drivers. All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed, dry, food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates which NOT returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linen should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Please DO NOT put linens in plastic bags. Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pick-up. If a Sunday, holiday or after hours pick-up is requested, a service charge will be added.

Deposit |
 |
| A signed copy of reservation contract and a 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation contract. This is a non-refundable deposit.

Changes to Contracted Services |
 |
| Any changes in design, location, or scheduling to the contracted services may result in additional charges to the customer for shipping, labor, and other related costs. Any conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue changes and time changes, causing delays to set-up and take-down may result in reasonable additional labor, transportation and other related costs. Allie’s reserves the right to substitute proposed items with items of equal or greater value due to unexpected circumstances.

Return Dates |
 |
| Rentals shall be returned on date agreed. Any rentals not returned by the agreed date will be charged our daily rental fees, unless Allie’s agreed to an extension period. If rentals are not returned within (2) two weeks of the agreed date, replacement costs will be charged to the credit card provided.

Event Cancellation |
 |
| We charge 50%-100% for cancellations occuring less than 7 days prior to delivery, will calls included. The contract may contain other cancellation terms.
